Portraits

Thanks for another game submission Pastor Jeff Kroondyk!

Quickie:

Students draw pictures of each other and have to identify the person being drawn.

Pro Tips:

  1. Feel free to modify this as an upfront game
  2. Encourage students to take this seriously as it won't work well if they're just trying to be funny or uncooperative.

Supplies:

  • Pens/pencils
  • Paper

How to Play:

Students and leaders draw names from a basket of those who are present.  They look at the name but don’t show anyone else. Give each student an 8.5/11 sheet of paper to draw a portrait of the person they drew. (take no more than 5 min.)

Split into groups.  Collect the pictures from each group and switch them. Give groups 5 minutes to guess who all the pictures are. Group with the most right guesses wins.
