This Up Front Game is done Game Show style.
Supplies:
- Paper
- Pens
How to Play:
You'll have two pairs of students. One partner from each pair is taken out of the room. The other partner from each pair sits down on stage. Give the students outside the room, a list of questions to answer about their best friend. Meanwhile, you're up front asking the two other students to answer the same questions but about themselves. When everyone is finished answering, have the partners come back inside and then see who answered the most amount of questions correctly. In other words, who knows their best friends the best? Who are the best best friends in your youth group?
Pro Tips:
- Limit it to 10 questions, reserve one for a tie breaker. I provided 15 so you could have some extra to pick and choose from.
- Some people are very proud of their friendships, especially their best friendships. Use this to your advantage when you sell the game.
- Try and get setup to go as quickly as possible.
- Inform the students that if they don't know the right answer, the best thing they can do is to guess.
It may be difficult for some youth groups to keep their students' attention. Consider asking very interesting or funny/embarrassing questions in order to help keep the beginning parts of this game entertaining for the audience. Some examples may be:
- When was the last time you peed your pants or wet the bed?
- How many times during the week do you poop?
- What are you most afraid of?
- What do you want to be when you're older?
- What is your least favorite kind of music?
- Who is your biggest crush?
- What's your favorite food?
- What's your favorite color?
- How do you want to die?
- When was the last time you were involved in a physical fight?
- Have you ever stolen anything?
- When's your birthday
- What's your favorite kind of weather to be in?
- What's your favorite hobby?
- What is your GPA
